Responsibilities
- Greet and support parents, carers, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone and email communications efficiently and effectively
- Oversee front‑of‑house operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment
- Maintain daily records, registers, and other administrative systems
- Work closely with the Nursery Manager and leadership team to ensure operational excellence
- Support invoicing, admissions, and enrolment queries
- Organise events, tours, and open days with attention to detail and great customer care
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other administrative policies
- Be the go‑to problem solver – calm under pressure and always one step ahead
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or education
- Strong communication, admin, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or nursery‑management software (training provided)
- Friendly, confident, and approachable – a people‑person through and through
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced setting
- A passion for working in a family‑focused, child‑centred environment
- A team‑player attitude with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
