Department: Nursery Flexi Bank
Location: Buckhurst Hill, Essex
Compensation: £14.78 – £17.97 / hour
Your key responsibilities
- Cover our nurseries when we need you, being flexible on start and end times.
- Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.
Our Flexi Bank Educators should have…
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
- Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and be willing to update that training regularly.
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
- A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
