As a Flexi Bank Educator, you’ll bring passion, energy and adaptability to our nurseries – stepping in where needed to support our core team and ensure a consistently high standard of care across all rooms. Whether you’re covering sickness, holidays or team training days, you’ll be a trusted part of our team, helping children thrive and learn in a nurturing environment.

What you’ll be doing…
  • Bringing the N Curriculum to life across different age groups through play and meaningful interactions
  • Supporting room leaders and educators with daily routines, activities and care practices
  • Creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children
  • Building strong, supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Embracing the variety and pace of working flexibly across different rooms and age groups
  • Following safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene policies
  • Maintaining professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude throughout your shifts
Our Flexi Bank Educators should have…
  • Experience working with children in an early years environment
  • Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (preferred)
  • A flexible, reliable approach and ability to adapt quickly to different rooms and teams
  • Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge (or a willingness to train)
  • A passion for helping children grow, learn and thrive
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
