As an Early Years Educator you’ll be the heartbeat of your playroom – nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child in your care. In our fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, you’ll bring the N Curriculum to life through play, learning, and meaningful connections. It’s a chance to shape young minds while developing your own career through industry-leading training, coaching, and resources.
What you’ll be doing…
- Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
- Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
- Create and implement development-focused activity plans
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families - Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
- Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
- Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
Our Early Years Educators should have…
- Experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh) - A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
- A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
- Confident communicator with a love for customer service
