What you\’ll be doing…
Inspire learning through our play‐based N Curriculum
Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
Create and implement development‐focused activity plans
Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
Our Early Years Educators should have…
Experience working with children in an early‐years environment
Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
Up‐to‐date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
A team player with a can‐do attitude and positive mindset
Confident communicator with a love for customer service
