As a Room Manager, you will lead a team of expert educators in one of our nursery family rooms, driving innovative teaching, supporting colleagues, and ensuring high‑quality care for every child.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (e.g., Room Leader, Third in Charge, nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator).
- For Baby Room Managers, experience with children under 2.
- Experience leading and coaching a team.
- A background in consistent and exceptional customer service.
- A full Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and commitment to remain compliant.
- Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and willingness to update training regularly.
- A genuine passion for education and improving children’s lives.
- A positive, can‑do outlook.
- Strong drive and motivation with a make‑it‑happen attitude.
- Solid decision‑making ability to support and achieve Wildly Important Goals.
