As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, youâll gain handsâon experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, youâll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, youâll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver our âlearning through playâ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
- Learn how to carry out highâquality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with Nâs safety policies.
- Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
