As a Room Manager at N Family, you will lead an incredible team of expert Educators in one of our nursery family rooms. As a specialist in early years education, you will be the driving force behind passionate, innovative teaching. You will be an inspirational leader, supporting every colleague to reach their goals and giving every child the best of care.

Your key responsibilities:
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive as a team.
- Lead our 'learning through play' ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Be a role model for outstanding care and education, inspiring your team to bring their best every day.
- Champion continuous improvement, keeping practice fresh, creative, and Outstandingly Outstanding.
- Shape the daily routine of your room, ensuring smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Support your team to plan, observe, and deliver high-quality learning experiences tailored to every child.
- Coach, guide, and motivate your team through regular feedback and professional development.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children's learning.
- Embed and role-model our safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards across your room.
Our Room Managers should have:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator).
- For Baby Room Managers, you will need previous experience working with children under 2.
- Experience in leading and coaching a team.
- A background in leading consistent and exceptional customer service.
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
- Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and be willing to update that training regularly.
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
- A positive, glass-half-full outlook.
- Bags of drive and motivation with a 'make it happen' attitude.
- A solid decision-maker with the ability to support and achieve our WIGs (Wildly Important Goals).
