We’re looking for an Apprentice Educator to gain hands-on experience while pursuing an apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3).
Responsibilities
- Deliver our “learning through play” ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Learn and support the daily routine to ensure smooth transitions between mealtimes, naptimes, and playtimes.
- Plan innovative, engaging learning experiences to support child development.
- Carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
- Keep all areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
