Location & Compensation
Location: Blackheath, London
Compensation: ÂŁ14.78 - ÂŁ17.97 per hour (including 12.07% holiday entitlement)
Your key responsibilities
- Cover our nurseries when needed, being flexible on start and end times.
- Lead our “learning through play” ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.
Our Flexi Bank Educators should have
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
- Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and willingness to update that training regularly.
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
- A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
- Bags of drive and motivation with a “make it happen” attitude!
- A solutions‑driven approach to problems.
