As an Assistant Educator at N Family Club, you’ll play a vital supporting role, helping to nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. You’ll assist our Early Years Educators in delivering the N Curriculum through play and meaningful connections, helping to create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Support the delivery of the play-based N Curriculum alongside the room team
  • Help maintain smooth daily routines – including mealtimes, naptimes, and play sessions
  • Assist in setting up and tidying play areas and resources
  • Support children’s learning and development by engaging with them in play and activities
  • Help carry out observations and assessments under the guidance of your room team
  • Build positive relationships with children and families
  • Ensure your playroom environment is safe, clean, and welcoming at all times
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices carefully
  • Work collaboratively with your team to create a supportive and positive atmosphere
  • Our Assistant Educators should have…

  • Experience working with children in an early years or childcare environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) or willingness to train
  • Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge or a willingness to refresh
  • A genuine passion for early years education and helping children thrive
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
