Assistant Educator – N Family Club

What you’ll be doing
- Support the delivery of the play‑based N Curriculum alongside the room team
- Help maintain smooth daily routines – including mealtimes, naptimes, and play sessions
- Assist in setting up and tidying play areas and resources
- Support children’s learning and development by engaging with them in play and activities
- Help carry out observations and assessments under the guidance of your room team
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Ensure your playroom environment is safe, clean, and welcoming at all times
- Follow all policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices carefully
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a supportive and positive atmosphere
Our Assistant Educators should have
- Experience working with children in an early‑years or childcare environment (preferred but not essential)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) or willingness to train
- Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge or a willingness to refresh
- A genuine passion for early years education and helping children thrive
- A positive, can‑do attitude and a team player mindset
- Good communication skills and a love for customer service
