Compensation: £26,437 – £26,957 per year

Your key responsibilities

  • Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
  • Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
  • Support the planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences that encourage child development.
  • Support with high‑quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
  • Help supervise mealtimes in line with N’s safety policies.
  • Complete daily health & safety checks thoroughly, escalating concerns where needed.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
  • Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice.
  • Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
  • Help with day‑to‑day tasks that keep the nursery running smoothly.
