Job Overview

We’re the UK’s most innovative early‑years education provider, and as an Apprentice Educator at N Family Club you will gain hands‑on experience while working towards an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). You will rotate through our nursery rooms, providing safe, inspirational care to every child, and upon completion, transition into a qualified educator role with us.

Location & Compensation

Location: Bushey, Hertfordshire
Compensation: £19,656 – £20,717 per year

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
  • Support daily routines to ensure smooth transitions between mealtimes, naptimes and playtimes.
  • Plan innovative and challenging learning experiences to support child development.
  • Carry out high‑quality observations, assessments and planning for key children.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
  • Support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
  • Keep all areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
  • Commit to your apprenticeship path and achieve your Early Years qualification.
