As an Apprentice Educator at N Family Club, you’ll start your journey into early years education with hands-on experience in one of our vibrant playrooms. You’ll learn from inspiring educators while working towards your Level 2 or 3 qualification, building the skills and confidence to support every child’s learning and development.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Learn on the job by supporting the delivery of our play-based N Curriculum
  • Help with daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes, ensuring a smooth day for the children
  • Assist with setting up engaging learning environments and activities
  • Observe and support children in their learning and development
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming room environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Study alongside your role – completing assignments, attending workshops, and working with your assessor
  • Embrace every learning opportunity and contribute to your team’s success

Our Apprentice Educators should have…

  • A genuine interest in early years education and a love for working with children
  • A commitment to completing a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (fully funded)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Great teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliability, motivation, and a positive mindset
  • Some experience in a childcare environment is a bonus – but not essential!
