As an Apprentice Educator at N Family Club, you’ll start your journey into early years education with hands-on experience in one of our vibrant playrooms. You’ll learn from inspiring educators while working towards your Level 2 or 3 qualification, building the skills and confidence to support every child’s learning and development.
What you’ll be doing…
- Learn on the job by supporting the delivery of our play-based N Curriculum
- Help with daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes, ensuring a smooth day for the children
- Assist with setting up engaging learning environments and activities
- Observe and support children in their learning and development
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming room environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team
- Study alongside your role – completing assignments, attending workshops, and working with your assessor
- Embrace every learning opportunity and contribute to your team’s success
Our Apprentice Educators should have…
- A genuine interest in early years education and a love for working with children
- A commitment to completing a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (fully funded)
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Reliability, motivation, and a positive mindset
- Some experience in a childcare environment is a bonus – but not essential!
