Your key responsibilities
- Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
- Learn how to carry out high‑quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
- Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
