- Lead, motivate and develop a small, dedicated housekeeping team
- Ensure all bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards
- Ensure that arrival rooms are ready for guest check-in at 3p. m.
- Manage stock, linen and cleaning supplies efficiently
- Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures
- Carry out regular quality checks and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
