As Restaurant Floor Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the restaurant along with your team, ensuring guests are provided with the best attentive service, with a hands-on approach to ensure that standards are maintained and delivered.
As Restaurant Floor Manager you will ideally be / or have:
* Previous experience as a Manager / Restaurant Assistant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, at an operational level.
* A strong Restaurant, Bar and Wine cellar supervisory / management background.
* Have a passion for hospitality, food and wine.
* Have a passion for providing first class service to clientele.
* Excellent upselling skills with a sales and standards focus.
* Able to ensure the development, training and coaching of your team to ensure standards are maintained and further developed.
* Be able to ensure superior customer service is delivered at all times by your team.
* Flexibility to work week-ends and evenings which are the busiest times for business.
* Fully knowledgeable of government guidelines and regulations.
