Property & Maintenance Operative, required to provide maintenance / handyperson duties at a hotel in the Canterbury area, Kent.
As Property & Maintenance Operative, a sample of your role and attributes will include:
- You will be a self-motivated person who can work to complete a task list.
- Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, to include the upkeep of outside areas.
- You will be supporting the hotel as required with duties to include basic electrical, plumbing and general maintenance upkeep.
- You must be able to prioritise your own list of jobs, as well as being proactive in developing regular schedules to work efficiently and to remain within the maintenance budget.
- You will ensure that duties are carried out to the standards required.
- Your role will also ensure that work is completed within Health & Safety statutory regulations.
- A valid driving licence would be desirable.
