You will be organised, hands-on and be able to maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and guest service. Flexible approach, particularly during busy periods Proven experience in a housekeeping management or supervisory role within a hotel or similar environment Lead, motivate and develop a small, dedicated housekeeping team Carry out regular quality checks and ensure compliance with health & safety standards 32,000 / per annum / 40 hour week ~ Share of the service charge ~ Parking on site ~
