Housekeeper required for a hotel in the Rye, East Sussex area. This role is a part‑time position, as detailed below. Full‑time hours may be available with additional hours in another role, and live‑in is available for the full‑time role.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Clean and service hotel guest bedrooms and public areas.
  • Work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Hours & Pay

  • Housekeeping hours: 10.00 hr (10 am) to 15.00 hr (3 pm).
  • Additional hours up to a 40‑hour week available for the live‑in combined role; focus remains housekeeping.
  • Salary: national minimum wage for individuals 21 years old and over; live‑in accommodation is deductible from salary.

Requirements

  • Some previous experience in a hotel, similar property, or cleaning private homes/offices ideal; training will be provided.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK.
