My client is looking for a TEMPORARY experienced hotel Food and Beverage Duty Manager, who will work alongside the Operations Manager and Restaurant & Bars Manager in delivering outstanding customer service at this hotel, which offers restaurant, bar, conference, banqueting, weddings and events. IMMEDIATE START. TEMPORARY CONTRACT.
The ideal candidate for the TEMPORARY experienced hotel Food and Beverage Duty Manager is:
- Someone with a proven track record in high-volume hotel operations or similar
- Someone that has multiskilled attributes that they can bring to the team, serving restaurant dining periods on a rota, running weddings, working alongside the bars team, or hosting and running a conference / other events.
- ‘Sleeves rolled up’ work ethic
- Someone who can deliver targets and goals set by management
- Someone who enjoys looking after customers
- Experience in training other team members in the department
- Demonstrable experience in fulfilling duty manager duties and responsibilities
Job Type: This is on a TEMPORARY CONTRACT – an interim role during a busy period.
Pay: £28,000.00 to £35,000.00 / per year / paid pro rata.
Experience: Restaurant, Events and Bar Supervising: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification: Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred) / Allergens Training (preferred)
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
