Assistant Restaurant Manager required for our client, a prestigious hotel located in the Eastbourne area. Live in is available with this role.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be working alongside the Food & Beverage Manager in the Restaurant, and you will have responsibility for overseeing the food and beverage operation, ensuring that the restaurant consistently operates to the standards set, ensuring guests enjoy the very best memorable dining experience.
You will assist to motivate and lead a dedicated team to ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures followed which play an important role in the achievement of sales within the Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities / Requirements include:
- Be a strong leader and exemplary role model, with a hands-on approach.
- Have experience of delivering high standards of service, ideally previously as a Supervisor or Head Waiter from within a premier restaurant.
- Have a genuine passion for food, wine and people.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly professional manner are essential.
The salary for Assistant Restaurant Manager is given as £COMPETITIVE per annum basic salary plus a share of the service charge iro £2,400 per annum. Additional company benefits available with this role also. Transport is certainly advantageous due to shifts, however live in accommodation is available with this role.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
