We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie or Sous Chef for our prestigious client, located in the Rye area of East Sussex. Our client, a gastro pub which also uses locally sourced seasonal produce.
As Chef de Partie or as Sous Chef, candidates require a good level of experience, fine dining or gastro pub style background. Some straight shifts are available, such as a 4 day week.
Good kitchen management and food hygiene control skills are essential along with working within a team developing junior members.
The salary for the vacancies of permanent Chef de Partie – Sous Chef, ranges from £26,000 – £32,000 + / per annum / plus a share of tips. Commis Chef and Demi Chef de Partie also considered.
