HOTEL RECEPTIONIST required for our prestigious client, a hotel in Canterbury. The ideal candidate will have hotel reception experience from within a hotel or similar. Shift work is involved, working 5 days over a 7-day period, including late and early shifts and weekends on a rota basis. Part-time work may also be considered.

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for hotel guests, providing a warm welcome, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and responding to guest enquiries both in person and over the phone. The role involves processing payments, ensuring accurate booking information, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and resolving guest queries efficiently and courteously.
