You will be part of the management team at this hotel supervising the reception department. Your role will be hands-on, and it will include shift work and weekends on a regular basis.
Duty management and managing the bedroom reservations to maximise bedroom revenue, working front of house meeting and greeting guests.
The salary for Reception Manager is given as approximately £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, along with other company benefits. If you live out of the immediate Canterbury area, transport would be desirable to give more flexibility for the required shift work demands of this hands-on role.
