Café Manager required for a busy Café, located in the Bishops Stortford area. Would you like to be part of a café team with evenings off? Then this could be the ideal job for you!

This café is open 7 days a week and operates between the hours of 08.30hr and 16.30hr daily. The café provides food and beverages, offering breakfast / brunch and other cooked meals throughout the day, using locally sourced suppliers for bakery, food and drink.

You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work. You will be a hands-on manager and team player, leading from the front with good front of house skills, but equally you will be happy to step into the kitchen if the need arises.

This role is open to candidates who feel they would be able to undertake and take on board the duties of this role, and you may not necessarily have had hospitality experience in the past, but willing to get involved.

Skills and knowledge, to include adhering and ensuring standards are met: supervisor / management, team development, health and safety / cost control / standards set / food hygiene / statutory guidelines. Opening and closing of the café.

You will be working full time - up to 40 hours a week. This role will require that you work weekends (both a Saturday and a Sunday) as these days are the busiest times, with days off in the week.
