Restaurant Supervisor required for our client, a property in Bishop’s Stortford, which offers a BBQ restaurant and smokehouse.
They smoke and BBQ meats in American traditional smokers and Argentinian charcoal grill.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of this venture, which offers home smoked and ‘slow’ barbecued brisket, ribs, chicken smothered in special BBQ rubs & sauces.
The menu is focused on comfort food with a twist!
This is accompanied by a selection of craft cocktails, beers and in a relaxed, casual, yet trendy setting.
As Restaurant Supervisor, the ideal candidate for this role will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work, working within a casual style concept.
The role of Restaurant Supervisor, will require you to work as part of the front of house team to help ensure the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation.
This will be a hands-on role, on the floor requiring you to play a part in the responsibility for the day to day business and operations.
You will have excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction along with assisting to train the front of house team to maximise revenue.
The Restaurant is closed Mondays (sometimes on a Tuesday according to the business season).
The hours of the business operate mostly from the early evening weekdays and a Saturday and from lunchtime on a Sunday.
The salary for this opportunity of Restaurant Supervisor, is given as from national minimum wage / plus a share of the tronc.
