Chef / Kitchen Assistant required for a property in Bishop’s Stortford, which offers a BBQ restaurant and smokehouse.
They smoke and BBQ meats in American traditional smokers and Argentinian charcoal grill.
As a Chef / Kitchen Assistant, you will be working at a junior level, as a 3rd member of the kitchen team.
You will report to and support the Head Chef, and to the Second Chef, in both all the food preparation and kitchen operations.

Looking for a kitchen team member that can grow in the role as part of an enthusiastic and hard working team.
The Restaurant is closed Mondays (sometimes on a Tuesday according to the business season).
The hours of the business operate mostly from the early evening weekdays and a Saturday and from lunchtime on a Sunday.
The restaurant is located in the heart of Bishop's Stortford with excellent access to public transport and parking.
The salary for this Chef / Kitchen Assistant is given as national minimum wage (salary shown is for 21 years old and over), on a 40 hour week contract / plus tronc.
