Chef required for a property in Bishop’s Stortford, which offers a BBQ restaurant and smokehouse. They smoke and BBQ meats in American traditional smokers and Argentinian charcoal grill.
As a Chef you will be working at a Commis level, as a second chef to the Head Chef. You will report to and support the Head Chef in both all the food preparation and kitchen operations.
If you have previous kitchen experience or a passion for cooking and love true good food and BBQ, we would love to hear from you. Looking for a team member that can grow in the role as part of an enthusiastic and hard working team.
The Restaurant is closed Mondays (sometimes on a Tuesday according to the business season). The hours of the business operate mostly from the early evening weekdays and a Saturday and from lunchtime on a Sunday. 40 – 45 hour week available.
The restaurant is located in the heart of Bishop's Stortford with excellent access to public transport and parking.
The salary for this Chef role is given as national minimum wage.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
