This property holds a number of events and private dining which is growing with an increasing amount of wedding and private dining business.
Banqueting Chef , you will take full responsibility for the coordination, preparation and service of banqueting food.
You will also need to be flexible at certain times to assist the main kitchen during any quieter periods, however your main focus will be within the banqueting department.
As Banqueting Chef you will need to be flexible to fulfil the business needs and bookings which will include week-ends and some evenings.
