We are working with a chemical company in the development and manufacturing of innovative chemistry solutions, who are seeking a detail-oriented and organised QA Administrator to support their Quality Assurance team.
Location: Manchester; Permanent
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and control QMS documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions with colleagues.
- Work on investigations and collaborate with colleagues to find solutions.
- Support change management processes by tracking change controls and facilitating communication across teams.
- Assist with continuous improvement activities, including incident logs, corrective actions, and investigation support.
- Carry out audits as required and collate and report company KPI data.
- Work closely with internal teams and external auditors to support compliance and quality objectives.
Your Background:
- Experience in QA administration, document control, and audit support. This could be from markets outside of chemistry.
- Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, with experience working across departments.
- Experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment is desirable, along with familiarity with continuous improvement methods.
