Job Overview We are looking for a Service / Mobile Engineer Coordinator to join our Maintenance team, who provide first-line maintenance support to our fleet and customers, customer satisfaction and communications skills will be vital in ensuring our first-class service is upheld.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ND Browns success and growth, coordinating our mobile HGV mechanics across the UK, scheduling their work, ensuring documents are provided to the customer in a timely manner, maximising the productivity of our team.
You will also become a reference point for colleagues and customers alike in the instance of vehicle failure, service or MOT bookings, providing first-class service to our customers.
This role will be suited to an individual with automotive maintenance and/or customer service who can deliver exceptional customer service, within a fast-paced ever changing environment, have good organisational skills and the drive to work hard within an incredibly varied role.
