We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile delivery, Change Management, Budget tracking, and Risk Management within the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and financial governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads in banking transformation programs.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with sprint and release goals.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics.

- Change-Management
- Budget & Financial Tracking
- Risk & Issue Management
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master.
- Strong experience in Banking/Financial Services domain (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Core Banking, Regulatory projects).
- Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Experience managing delivery budgets, financial tracking, and risk governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and release management processes.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe SM) preferred.
