Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Developer with a strong background in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and SQL development using PostgreSQL. This role requires hands-on expertise in data integration, transformation, and orchestration, with proven ability to work in fast-paced, Agile environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in IICS and SQL and demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data integration solutions using Informatica IICS.
  • Write complex SQL queries and procedures using PostgreSQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks in ETL pipelines and databases.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Mentor and lead junior developers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and best practices within the team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote automation wherever possible.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration, Application Integration, etc.).
  • Strong experience in SQL development using PostgreSQL – writing complex joins, subqueries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
  • Proven experience working in Agile development environments, including CI/CD pipelines and iterative delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Strong team management or team leadership experience – with the ability to coordinate, motivate, and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) in relation to data services.
  • Informatica certifications (Cloud or On-Premise) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
