Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Technical Publications (Tech-Pub) domain within Aerospace to join our team as a domain SME. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, shaping IT solution requirements, and driving innovation — including opportunities to explore AI and GenAI interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate business workshops to define scope, gather requirements, and identify process improvements.
Define requirements and prepare functional specifications for IT solutions.
Explore the application of AI/GenAI in solution design.
Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes and supporting enablers.
Design business use cases and lead functional architecture activities.
Re-engineer process models and integrate services for end-to-end delivery.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and manage the Product Backlog.
Write user stories and define acceptance criteria for development teams.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in the Aerospace Tech-Pub domain as a practitioner or consultant.
Strong understanding of Tech-Pub business processes and industry standards.
Prior Business Analyst experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular on-site presence.
