Responsibilities
- Lead the design process, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements, making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in UX design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Certified Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical knowledge with experience in functional design and systems analysis.
