Job Description: Note: Look for a BA with Water Utility experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead Business Analysis activities on multiple change initiatives, delivering requirements specifications capable of being used to develop IT based services (bespoke software solutions, third party products and cloud-based solutions).
- Translating business needs into specific requirements including UI design; Data models; Business procedural changes and Interface designs.
- Ensure thorough use of the Requirements Engineering model including elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation and traceability of requirements.
- Use appropriate elicitation techniques such as interviewing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, conducting surveys to capture requirements accurately.
- Develop AS-IS and TO-BE business process models using defined standards, and use gap analysis to support delivery of any transition plans needed to reach the target situation.
- Manage stakeholder communication at all levels.
- Ensure that User Acceptance Testing takes place for all deliverables and support any associated testing activities.
- Support the delivery of suitable solutions which meet business requirements.

- Previous experience working on projects involving legacy platform replacement and data migration.
- Professional qualification in Business Analysis (e.g. BCS Business Analysis certification / Diplomas, Lean Six Sigma).
- Professional qualification in Agile Methodology, ideally Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
