Core Responsibilities
- Assessment Strategy: Conduct deep assessments of on-prem infrastructure using AWS tools like Migration Evaluator and Application Discovery Service. Define migration roadmaps aligned with AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP).
- Execution Delivery: Plan and execute migration of applications, data, and infrastructure to AWS Cloud. Collaborate with architects and client IT teams to ensure minimal disruption.
- Security Compliance: Remediate vulnerabilities, support IAM policies, encryption, and key management. Ensure compliance with AWS and organisational security standards.
- Optimisation Support: Monitor performance post-migration using CloudWatch, Datadog. Recommend right-sizing and modernisation opportunities.
- Documentation Governance: Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and configurations. Support TCO analysis and business case development.
