Job Description:
Test Manager with 12+ years of software testing experience, specifically in Payments domain and systems within the banking sector. Strong expertise in SWIFT messaging, PCI DSS, Bottomline, BACS, CHAPS, FPS, CHIPS and the UK payment protocols. Experience in MT to MX conversion (ISO 20022) Testing. Test planning, Test Strategy preparation, Defect management, Stakeholder management and Functional, NFR test co-ordination. Proven leadership experience in managing testing teams focused on Functional, Integration, and NFR Testing. Good communication skills and good stakeholder management skills. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium), API Testing tool (Postman/Rest Assured). Understanding of banking applications and financial regulations.
