Location: Sheffield
Role Description: Systems Analyst to join the team and assist with the business analysis, data analysis, systems integration and process mapping to support the IDAM strategic vision.
Essential Skills:
- MFA Security Policies: Proficiency in designing and enforcing MFA security policies, including adaptive authentication, conditional access, and risk-based authentication to protect against evolving threats.
- User Provisioning and De-provisioning: Automating the creation and removal of user accounts and access rights.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Assigning permissions based on user roles within the organisation.
- Federated Identity Management: Enabling identity sharing and single sign-on across different organisations, cloud boundaries or domains.
- Privileged Access Management (PAM): Securing, controlling, and monitoring access to critical systems by privileged users.
- Authentication Protocols: Implementing secure authentication mechanisms like Kerberos, OAuth, OIDC and SAML.
Proactive nature, with the ability to independently manage the analysis of multiple pieces of work concurrently. Comprehensive and detailed investigative skills required to gain a full understanding of current processes and to be able to question the information/data provided by application teams. Experienced in mapping processes and workflows both current and net new. Working with teams to identify what these processes could look like in the future. Ability to produce comprehensive, concise and accurate analysis and documentation. Identifying risks and issues and communicating these effectively to stakeholders. Experience working on large scale Transformation and IT migration projects. Accountability for deliverables and proven track record of delivering on schedule. Proficient using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Diagramming tool (Visio, Lucid Chart etc.), Jira and Confluence. Strong spoken and written English language skills, to enable successful communication with application teams across the business.
