Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, integrations, data modeling, and automation , ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
- Define the technical architecture, system integrations, and data models for Salesforce applications.
- Ensure best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs .
Salesforce Implementation & Customization
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud as needed.
- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Lightning Components (LWC), and third-party tools .
- Define governance for object structures, permissions, workflows, and automation .
Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor for business and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Guide developers, admins, and business analysts in best practices and architectural decisions.

- Establish CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices , and test automation for Salesforce deployments.

- Drive the adoption of the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework and best practices.
