Solution Architect

Position Title: Solution Architect

Project Duration: 9 months

Remote or Hybrid: Hybrid

Location (if Hybrid): Dunstable, UK

A Technical Architect is responsible for the design and architecture of solutions for customers, focusing on design, framing solutions, implementation strategies, and integrations. He should understand solution needs in terms of scalability, design, and architecture, and recommend the best implementation approaches. Strong communication skills are essential as this role requires collaboration with the customer’s functional team, procurement team, internal and external system integrators, and/or the infrastructure team.

Key Skills:

1. B.E./B.Tech/Masters in Engineering from a reputed institution.
2. Overall experience of a minimum of 12 years with at least 5 years in the Supply Chain domain.
3. Extensive experience in solution architecture/design with at least 2 to 3 large implementations and integrations in the supply chain areas.
4. Experience in procurement and contract management implementations using supply chain tools (Coupa, iValuea, SAP Ariba, or similar).
5. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Micros/Symphony POS.
6. Strong problem-solving skills in complex environments, with the ability to replicate, diagnose, and resolve problems.
7. Domain knowledge of Logistics and Procurement processes in the Hospitality sector is an added advantage.
8. Proficient in English and a good communicator.
9. Ability to be trained and provide training to others.
10. Proactive attitude to work effectively in a team.
11. Willingness to work from ITCI or its customers’ offices.
12. Prepared for travel as required.
