We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in gathering business requirements, translating them into ServiceNow solutions, and working closely with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams. The candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules, Agile delivery, process improvement, and end-to-end implementation support.

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow projects
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow modules such as:

  • Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst
  • 4+ years of experience working on ServiceNow platform projects
  • Experience working in enterprise/global environments preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
