• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to:
– Lightning Web Components (LWC): Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
– Apex: Write robust, scalable, and efficient Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages (if applicable).
– Salesforce Flows: Develop complex automated business processes using various Flow types (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, etc.).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose effective Salesforce solutions.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.
• Debug and resolve issues in existing Salesforce applications.
• Manage data migrations and integrations with other systems using various Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce instance by identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and development best practices.
• Document technical designs, code, and processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven expertise in developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong proficiency in Apex development (classes, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, etc.).
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce Flows.
• Experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
• Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
