We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) professional to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-level identity management solutions using Oracle Identity Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager solutions to manage user lifecycle (provisioning, deprovisioning, role management).
  • Integrate OIM with enterprise systems, directories (LDAP, AD), and third-party applications.
  • Customize workflows, adapters, connectors, and approval processes within OIM.
  • Develop and maintain SOA composites for OIM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to user provisioning, authentication, and access controls.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches for OIM and related components.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
  • Work closely with security, application, and infrastructure teams to define and enforce identity governance.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and support procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
  • Strong knowledge of Java, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and SOA Suite.
  • Experience with OIM connectors (e.g., AD, LDAP, SAP, etc.).
  • Good understanding of RBAC, identity governance, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and access reviews.
  • Experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in integrating OIM with cloud applications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., OIM Implementation Specialist).
