We are seeking an experienced Service Manager (MIE) to support a critical AWS-focused environment within a fast-paced DevOps delivery landscape. This role is ideal for someone with strong service management expertise who can balance operational stability with ongoing delivery and DevOps maturity initiatives.
Key Experience Required:
- Strong experience in Service Management disciplines across development and in-service lifecycle
- Proven supplier and vendor management experience within commercial framework agreements
- Experience managing incidents, problems, escalations, and operational remediation
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working within DevOps environments across end-to-end delivery and support
- Understanding of product delivery, risk management, architecture, environments, releases, and budgeting
- Workday knowledge is highly desirable
- Release management experience advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of day-to-day IT operational services from suppliers
- Maintain stability and quality of supplier-delivered services
- Lead and coordinate service-related issue resolution and remediation activities
- Ensure IT suppliers meet contractual and operational commitments
- Support operational governance, service improvements, and DevOps maturity initiatives
- Potentially support release management activities
Work Model:
