Job Summary: The SAP Service Business Consultant will be responsible for Rollout, collecting the requirement, BRD and requirement creation in service business operations. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules related to Project System, and integration with other business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP systems meet the needs of our service business and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Rollout: Lead the Rollout of S4 Service Management (SM). Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents. Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs. Lead Unit test and UAT testing. Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with capability Leads of SAP to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project. Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
- User Support & Training: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices. Act as a point of contact for Business and SAP template team.
- Data Migration: Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program.
- Hypercare Support: Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction. Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go-live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences.
