- Develop and implement a comprehensive E2E Test Strategy aligned with the transformation roadmap (Jan 2026 – mid-2027)
- Lead multi-vendor testing coordination to ensure quality delivery
- Define and execute detailed test plans including design, environments, resources, and timelines
- Coordinate QA activities across UK, India, and US time zones
- Act as the single point of accountability for overall test quality
