- 15+ Years of experience in core test automation
- Hands-on experience in Automation (Web, API and Desktop) using Java, Python, Selenium, Rest Assured, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
- Expert in troubleshooting and debugging
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Test Automation framework
- Govern automation standards, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring consistent adoption across all teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Test Automation Engineers
- Advocate for quality assurance & drive collaboration through COP to share knowledge and drive excellence
- Embed Report Portal for enhanced test reporting and analytics
